How to Prevent Dehydration
There are many ways to increase the amount of fluid you're drinking. Some options include:
Flavored water or juice
Popsicles
Raw fruits & vegetables
Keep beverages close by to encourage drinking
Try different temperatures of drinks. You might find you like room temperature water more than ice-cold water, or vice-versa.
